TIM WORLEY will be our featured speaker and he will delve into his inspiring journey on his path to redemption. Tim was an All-American running back at the University of Georgia and a first round draft pick by the Pittsburgh Steelers. However, the path to success was marred by struggles with alcohol and drug dependency which led to the derailment of his NFL career.
Bring your friends and family to hear Tim's powerful story of redemption through finding Jesus Christ. You will be inspired by his humility, transparency, vulnerability, and compassion for those in recovery.
Worship music and other inspiring testimonies will make this an afternoon you will not want to miss.
Christian hip-hop recording artist and ordained pastor, Jemarr Vincent - aka H.U.R.T., will be the featured musical guest for Salvation Time In Dawsonville. He is a southern California native who knew since he was young that his heart was in music. As a product of a broken home, he became familiar with the perils of drugs, gangs, and systemic racism. This depraved familiarity led to the nickname Hurt which would later be changed to H.U.R.T (Humble Ubiquitous Righteous Teacher). His roots and the ‘West Coast’ rap style incorporated with biblical truths create a uniquely provocative, passionate, and brash poetic sound.
